Dwiggen, Edwin & Robert Grabhorn, Joseph Blumenthal, Fritz Eichenberg, John Fass, Valenti Angelo, George Salter, Boris Artzybasheff and many more, creating designs for each letter in the alphabet. Following the alphabet, is the "Ampersand Page", with a poem demonstrating the use of the ampersand symbol.
