Written from Armado, Arizona on November 21, 1956, Reynolds offers his animal acts to a Mr. Frank Bogart, "...I have a Comady act with 6 trained goats thats really going over good. and I have a liberty act with full blood Buffalo and I've only worked it at 3 Rodeos & they really like it...I have a 3 year old african male Lion I use during the Bull fighting. I also use him clowning. I can use my lion for television or any advertising you'ed need him at..." Fess Reynolds was a famous animal trainer and rodeo performer. Roy Rogers brought Fess and his son to Hollywood after working with them in a New York rodeo. Fess worked in several movies and TV series such as Bonanza, Gunsmoke, and all John Wayne movies where he had to handle horses and herd cattle and sheep. Next day shipping.
