The Foreword is signed by the dedicatee "Edw. L. King,/Brig. Gen., U.S. Army." who was 1923-1925 Commandant of the Calvary School (Commandant of the United States Army Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas 1925-1929). Includes reproductions of "The Standard," the school newspaper.
