This copy most likely was given to a Typophile member in celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Chiswick Bookshop business, as indicated with the laid in paper announcement (the order form having been removed); also laid in is a printed poem "A Keepsake from Herman Cohen's 90th Birthday Celebration".
