Tomo I includes images of costumes from Santiago Atitlan; Solola; San Martin Sacatepequez (Chile Verde); San Antonio Aguas Calientes; Coban; and Todos Santos Cuchumatanes. Tomo II includes images of costumes from Santa Maria Chiquimula; San Pedro Sacatepequez - San Marcos; San Juan Sacatepequez; Palin; Nebaj; and Chichicastenango. The text sheet provides a description for each image, explaining type of garment, materials, native names for the attire and explains variations in style, renowned weaving villages' styles, particularities from regions, in hats, sandals and other wear.
