Jo Mora's incredible diversity of talent resulted in a range of works including sculpture, drawings, paintings, illustrations and metal work. By the 1930's his son, Jo Jr., was charged with the challenging task of managing his father's career and thus, Jo Mora Publications, Monterey, California, was founded in 1937. Ever the consummate artist, Jo Mora Sr. personally designed the stationery for the family business.
